These 12 point clear glass door knobs bring authentic early twentieth century architectural detail to a restoration, hardware collection, or older home.
The pair has deeply faceted pressed glass knobs with a starburst pattern visible through the face. Each measures about 2 inches across and 2 inches long. The glass pieces have the same general 12 point form, but the metal shanks have noticeably different finishes. One is brighter and shinier while the other has a darker, flatter aged surface. Because of that difference, these are sold together but are not confirmed as an original matched pair.

Collector's Notes
Faceted glass door knobs became a familiar feature in American homes during the early twentieth century. Their molded surfaces catch light differently from plain glass hardware.
The 12 point shape gives these knobs a strong geometric look. It works especially well when restoring period doors where modern hardware would feel out of place.
The two different metal finishes are worth noticing before purchase. Buyers seeking a perfectly matched restoration pair may prefer to refinish the metal or use the knobs separately.
The glass itself is the strong point here. Both pieces retain crisp faceting without the chips and cracks that can make old glass hardware disappointing to use or display.
